CENTER FOR DIGITAL EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY

SHAMATOV FAKHRIDDIN UROLOVICH is the Head of the Center for digital education technologies.

The center deals with a great amount of activities:

• creation and implementation of software products for data collection, processing;
• organization of seminars, conferences, research, exhibitions;
• providing information communication with organizations, libraries, scientific research institutes, enterprises and higher educational institutions in foreign countries and the republic;
• organization of Information marketing creation and implementation of modern forms of training, retraining and professional development of Personnel implementation of work in the field of Information Technologies;
• organization and conduct of research, research, design and experimental work.

The main goals of the center are the following:

• to solve the issues highlighted in the national program of training;
• development of Information marketing service in the field of education;
• implementation of new information technologies and research results in the educational process;
• support the unified information educational space of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• organization of a service for teaching researchers, graduate students and doctoral students, professors and employees.

QUALITY CONTROL OF EDUCATION

The department of quality control of education regularly provides information on the work carried out, problems and shortcomings to the director of the branch and the state inspection for the quality control of Education. The following tasks must be fulfilled to provide high quality of education at the Termez branch of Tashkent Medical Academy:

• analysis and examination of educational areas and specialties provided by state educational standards, qualification requirements, curricula and science programs;
• ensuring the implementation of regulatory legal acts aimed at improving the quality of Education;
• maintaining quality monitoring of Personnel Training;
• identification of factors that negatively affect the quality of education on the results of internal attestation at the branch, presentation of information to the director of the branch and the state inspection of quality control of Education;
• analysis of the effectiveness of the use of modern methods and techniques in the process of professional development of professors in order to improve the quality of Education;
• monitoring the implementation of the educational process, research and scientific-methodical work plans of the branch;
• control over the organization of student practice in the branch taking into account Educational Directions and specialties and its effectiveness;
• conducting social surveys among students, parents, professors, teachers and consumers of personnel on an ongoing basis in order to study the social environment, training and quality of education in the branch;
• assessment of the impartiality, transparency and quality level of rating points based on the analysis of the process of assessing students ‘ knowledge;
• improving the professional skills of the department staff, studying the experience of prestigious educational and scientific centers of foreign countries developed at the expense of international projects and branches, and applying them to the educational process;
• to monitor the issues of integration cooperation between the educational process and production, innovative ideas, development and practical application of technologies;

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND TRAINING OF SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL

Turabayeva Zarina Kenjabekovna is the head of the Department of scientific research, innovation and scientific-pedagogical personnel training sector.

Coordination of the activities of faculties and departments for the training of scientific and scientific pedagogical personnel the Republican center of scientific research institutes of the Republic of Uzbekistan, organizations and institutions with Termez branch of Tashkent Medical Academy, as well as with leading universities, develops work contracts for joint work in the field of research and scientific pedagogical activity and supervises their implementation;

Tashkent Medical Academy provides methodological assistance in organizing, conducting scientific conferences of Termez branch and provides guidance;

A senior researcher prepares and submits plan reports, regulatory documents of researchers (KIXI) and independent researchers (MI), organizes and conducts scientific research attestation;

Reports to the Higher Attestation Commission, the Statistics Department, the SSV and the Ovaomtv. Methodical assistance to the work of gifted students, the student scientific society, the president of UZR and the State-named scholarship of Ibn Sina, as well as the work related to the holding of the student Olympiad, prepare and formalize documents. Provides close assistance in the publication of their scientific works and their introduction into practice.
